Ordered 2 items online, 1 correctly delivered and the other was wrong. They promised to send a replacement within 7 working days. I have not received it. They have promised that a refund will be in my account within 2-5 working days and now after another phone call to follow up, was told 5-7 working days for a refund. Just terrible! It is about 3 weeks now for a simple order of Face Powder! I have never experienced a worse online company in my whole life.......If it wasn't a well known brand, I'd say they were scammers. I liked the brand a lot but this experience is so traumatic, I won't even bother to buy it in the stores. I'm sure there is something just as good out there
